SYNOPSIS

The play is a fictionalized account of the 1925Scopes "Monkey" Trial, which resulted in John T. "… it is one of the truly great American dramas of this century." —Scripps-Howard

MEET THE DIRECTOR

Laurie McCoy has been on stage and behind the scenes in Jacksonville, Springfield, and Petersburg.  We are very pleased to have her at Theatre in the Park.  She loves the classics and believes they should be produced again and again for the younger generation to enjoy and admire.  She lives in Jacksonville with her famed husband, Rich, and her four-legged friends.
