Auditions

 

Theatre in the Park will host auditions on April 1, 2017 at the First United Congregational Church of Christ, Bates & Cherry Road in Springfield.

Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. Auditions start at 9:00 a.m. and go through 2:00 or so.

  • High School Musical, Please click here for a sample song to prepare.  We will have dance auditions as well.  We will be posting information to audition in groups as well. 
  • Arsenic & Old Lace, please come and audition anytime during that day, 
  • Loose Lips Sink Ships, Link to a few pieces of songs. Link to a few pieces of songs. You may audition at any time between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. If needed, callbacks will begin after auditions. Auditions will consist of your prepared vocal piece (preferably one of those posted for the show) and a cold reading from the script. We will join the High School Musical dance auditions at 9:00 a.m. and you are urged to attend the dance audition.
